New patient forms can be completed online ahead of time so your visit begins smoothly. If you have dental insurance, bring your card — our team will verify your benefits before your appointment so there are no surprises.
When You Walk In
You’ll take the elevator to our sixth-floor office on East 61st Street. When the doors open, you’ll be greeted by our front desk team — real people who will know your name and make sure you’re comfortable from the start. This won’t be the dental appointment you’ve been dreading.
Your Initial Evaluation
Your first appointment includes a thorough exam — not a quick peek and a polish. We look at everything: your teeth, your gums, your bite, your bone health, and any patterns (like grinding) that could cause problems down the road.
